  4. Quality Control: Coating thickness can be verified using dry film gauges, and adhesion is tested per ASTM D3359 standards. Each coil is inspected for complete fin coverage and smooth film formation.

These steps produce a protective finish that can last 5-10 years, depending on environment and other factors.
